Project overview: Revine Residence is a luxury residential project representing an exceptional opportunity in the heart of Madinah, distinguished by its strategic and spiritual location within the Haram boundary. The project comprises 40 residential units designed to offer a refined living experience for those seeking luxury and high quality in one of the purest and most investment-attractive places in the world.

My role in the project: I helped guide the investment decisions and followed the project through every stage, from concept to sale, coordinating with the engineering, execution, and marketing teams to meet the project's investment goals. My contributions centered on the following:

  • Seizing the real estate opportunity: The first step was the successful acquisition of a strategic plot within the Haram boundary at an exceptional price — a solid foundation for the project's profitability.
  • Structuring the contracts and maximizing returns: After securing the land, I helped bring in a capable real estate developer to start the project. Through strategic negotiation, I restructured the partnership contract as a 50/50 arrangement instead of the traditional land-for-construction formula — a decision that visibly multiplied the project's profits and delivered the highest possible benefit to the landowners.
  • Comprehensive engineering oversight: I oversaw the development and engineering operations to keep them running at full efficiency, following every construction detail closely so that the 40 units would come out at the level of luxury the project's name and location deserve.
  • Sales oversight: I oversaw the marketing and sales file and set the plans for releasing the residential units (sales begin soon) to secure the project's financial targets and attract the right segment of buyers.
